From the Oscars to the Golden Globes and all of the after parties in between, awards season leaves celebrities with dress change after dress change. And while 2019 awards season may be on the outs, we're constantly looking to celebrity stylists to find out their best kept secrets on the red carpet -- We've learned that it's all about what lies underneath.

"Celebrities have been wearing commando invisibly for a long time but the first visible moment that really stands out was when Rihanna wore a gorgeous (and completely sheer) gown to the CFDA Awards with commando underneath. I was at the CFDA awards that year and Rihanna won the style icon award, watching her receive her award on-stage in visible Commando was a really exciting moment!”
