Maurizio Sarri reveals the position Chelsea's will finish at the end of the 2018-19 EPL campaign

Maurizio Sarri is upbeat Chelsea will claim a top-four finish at the end of the 2018-19 campaign after Eden Hazard’s late leveler against Wolves in Sunday’s EPL clash at Stamford Bridge.

According to the BBC, the one point secured against Wolves leaves Chelsea in sixth position on the log, two points adrift of Manchester United in fifth and three points off Arsenal in fourth, but can topple clubs ahead of them if they win their outstanding match.

Interestingly, Hazard netted the important equalizer for the Blues in the dying moment to rescue from the jaws of defeat, ensuring the Stamford Bridge dwellers maintain their unbeaten run since February 6-0 bashing at Manchester City.

"When you have to play only 10 matches, every match you're not able to win is a missed opportunity," Sarri said.

"In the last six matches, we won four matches and drew the other two. So there is a little consistency in this moment.

"We have one match in hand, so we have to be confident,” Sarri was quoted as saying by the BBC.

The encounter saw Raul Jimenez net for the away side in a fast counter-attacking nine minutes into the second stanza.

Willian had a chance to draw the home-side level with his curling strike which Portuguese goal Rui Patricio was spot on to save, but he could do little to deny Hazard from his 16th goal of the season.

Wolves could only create two attempts in the entire 90 minutes, and will feel bitter not claiming all match points having defended well mist of the game, restricting the Blues to shooting from distance.

Indeed, Chelsea could only fire one shot on target during the first stanza, an effort from Gonzalo Higuain which Patricio kept out of danger.

But after conceding after the restart, Chelsea came more into the contest, with Pedro having an effort punched to safety before Higuain missed the chance to score from a corner across the box.
