Goodloe Sutton, publisher for the Arkansas Democrat-Reporter, wrote an editorial calling for the KKK to return. ''We'll get the hemp ropes out, loop them over a tall limb and hang all of them,' Sutton wrote, apparently referring to everyone in the nation's capitol.
