London rivals Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur might just be separated by one place in the Premier League table, but the two clubs are run in diametrically opposed fashion.
While Tottenham have a self-sustaining model whereby they reinvest a proportion of their revenue back into the team, Chelsea have benefited from the fortune that Roman Abramovich has spent on the club in recent years.
Additionally, while Spurs have opted for continuity by sticking with Mauricio Pochettino for the last five years, Chelsea have sacked their managers with astonishing regularity. However, the Blues have several trophies to show for their efforts in recent seasons while Spurs won their last major trophy in 2008.
