Jurgen Klopp has spoken out on the departure of Liverpool flop Lazar Markovic, admitting that the winger’s failed spell at Anfield was hard on him as well as the player.
The international signed for the Reds from Benfica for a fee of around £22.5 million in 2014, but the winger has struggled to make any kind of impact during his time on Merseyside, and completed a free move to Fulham on Thursday.
