The House Health & Wellness Committee Wednesday heard a line-up of supportive public testimony on House Bill 1087, also known as the Long-Term Care Trust Act. The bipartisan bill would establish a public long-term care benefit that Washington workers would pay into, and eventually be able to benefit from should they have difficulty completing tasks of daily life and require long-term care.
