AR RAYYAN can reign at Southwell (5.30, nap).
This well-bred colt caught the eye when fourth on debut at Kempton last time. He was caught napping in the stalls but travelled beautifully before his inexperience told. This step up to a mile looks a smart move by in-form Ralph Beckett and there’s a lot more to come.
WILD ANGEL (5.10 Wolverhampton, treble).
Has got wings. She has been knocking on the door in decent maidens at Newmarket and should find this a fair bit easier. She was improved when third at HQ last time and gives the impression that this longer distance will be ideal.
AMBION VIEW (1.45 Wincanton, treble).
He showed some promise in bumpers last season but came into his own when scoring at Exeter on hurdles debut last month. He made a mistake two out but picked up again strongly to get up on the line. The second has scored since so the form looks solid.
KITTY FURNIVAL (6.40 Wolverhampton).
She picked up nicely to win by a neck here on handicap debut 17 days ago and a 3lb rise in the weights looks fair enough. We know trip and track are ideal and there should be more to come at this early stage of her career.
