AN EastEnders legend has shown off his incredible body transformation and revealed his friendship with a Hollywood A-lister at the same time.
Rob Kazinsky, who played Sean Slater on Albert Square between 2006 and 2022, took to social media to show off his chiselled new look, after hitting his goal weight.

His photo dump included mirror selfies by a boxing ring, showing off his muscles by the weight rack, and stripped off to wring out his top of sweat after a big workout.
But it was the comment from an A-lister which caught fans’ attention, as Omari Hardwick penned: “Looking GREAT my brother.”
Omari Hardwick carried the lead role in Power, playing James St Patrick, better known as Ghost, and has achieved global fame as a result.
He left Power at the end of season six, the last season of the hit show.
But their friendship isn’t that much of a stretch, considering Rob and Omari are in the same movie.
Recently, Rob landed a huge role in the new Star Trek movie, Star Trek: Section 31.
He starred alongside Michelle Yeoh and Omari Hardwick in the new film which is connected to the recent Star Trek: Discovery series.
According to IMDB, it’s intended to be the first real TV movie in the franchise and part of producer Alex Kurtzman’s expanded Star Trek Universe.
A self-confessed Star Trek fan, Rob was thrilled when he first announced he’d landed the job in January this year.
He shared a selection of snaps of his fellow cast-members and wrote in the caption: “Yet ANOTHER dream job alert.
“My people know that ST is my life, I can pretty much mouth along to every episode of every trek.
“So to be joining the Trek universe is one of, if not the greatest moment of my professional life,” he continued.
“Also, I met Jonathan Frakes this morning for the second time. AND he knew my name!”
And evidently Rob has been training hard for his role if his new Instagram post is anything to go by.
Discussing his body transformation, Rob wrote: “Well, in the end it took almost a year to hit my goal weight of 195. I guess when you do it reasonably healthily over 40 that’s to be expected.
“The second picture is when I knew I had to change something. I didn’t recognize myself, and it had crept up so slowly. Living as I always had would, so I thought, always yield the same results but I learned differently.
“One year of a moderately healthy diet, nothing extreme, I call it 80/20. 80% clean, 20% fun. There’s no science behind it at all but it’s the kind of diet that I’m able to stick with 365 days a year which is what matters. Consistency.”
Rob ended his post by saying he’d probably delete it, but fans begged him not to and called him “inspirational.”
