A PLUS-SIZE fashionista frantically returned all the clothes she ordered online after having the worst experience.
She described herself as being “built like a quarterback” as she tried on several items from PrettyLittleThing.
Hillary Star (@hillary.star) boasts over 925,000 followers on TikTok, where she gives a glimpse into her life in NYC.
She took to the social media platform to share a failed shopping haul after ordering from PLT for the first time.
“Shipping took way too long so I even forgot what I ordered,” she said.
The style enthusiast donned a Space Jam-themed T-shirt as she tried on the first item she bought from the online clothes store.
Hillary donned PrettyLittleThing’s biker shorts which cost $10 and are sold in sizes ranging from XS to XL.
“First thing that I got was these biker shorts but I think I got them too big,” she said.
The trendsetter showed that the shorts were baggier than she had expected before starting to do squats in her living room.
“Not gonna lie though, they are very comfy,” she continued. “I could definitely use these to wear around the house.
Hillary looked unimpressed as she tried on a pair of gray flared pants which cost $19.
“I don’t know if it was just a bad day when I ordered stuff, what is this?” she yelled.
She struggled to read the label to check what size the pants were before doing another squat test.
“Again these are comfortable. I can clean very well on the floor,” she said.
Hillary was delighted by PLT’s New York Downtown graphic T-shirt.
The $10 top is sold in three different colors but is currently out of stock in black in all sizes except XS.
“This shirt I like, it’s an extra large and fits very nice,” she said.
She read the words on the T-shirt as she proudly represented New York.
The fashionista then playfully pretended to be bouncing a ball as she sang the Bow Wow song Basketball from the movie Like Mike.
“We’re playing basketball,” she sang happily.
Hillary tried on a ribbed orange crop top which is no longer available to purchase on the PLT website.
“I don’t know what kind of confidence went through my mind when I decided to get a halter top crop shirt,” she said.
“I kind of hate it, my arms are huge, my shoulders are humungous, and I am built like a quarterback.
“I cannot wear this.
“I also got it in pink but I’m not gonna try it on because I already know what it’s gonna look like.”
She was equally disappointed with a pair of denim shorts that she hoped would’ve been 90s style.
“I’m not getting a 90s feel, I’m just getting a hanging pretty long,” she said referring to the baggy crotch area.
“I need to lose weight.”
Hillary was sharing the range of jewelry she bought to style with her outfits when she unexpectedly found small holes in her new T-shirt.
“This freaking shirt has holes in it, oh my God,” she said visibly horrified.
“What the hell? I’m returning everything except the jewelry.”
“Literally the worst online order experience [laughing],” she captioned the post.
The video racked up over 15,000 likes after going viral and hundreds of people took to the comment section in hysterics.
“The jean shorts why lol, it’s so baggy in the front [laughing],” one person wrote.
“That was an experience [laughing],” another commented.
