Time-trial Tuesday 4/5/2021: online booking and payment opens for guests on Friday 30th April.

It is with deepest sorrow that we report the passing of club stalwart, John Barnes at the age of
88. On the morning of his death, 13/1/21, John enjoyed his breakfast just as he would have
done before any long ride. John was the heart of Reading CC for so many years and these words summarise tributes from members past and present. 

With the recent relaxation of the England-wide Covid-19 lockdown, RCC is now able to offer some club activities. Club rides are being organised for members, and limited to 6 riders per British Cycling guidance. Details of these rides are circulated regularly on the club's email list.

Reading CC club time trials have returned with events being held on the evening 10-mile, HCC234 Waltham St Lawrence course on Tuesdays

Roles and Responsibilities – All officers on the Committee are volunteers and are not paid to carry our any of their roles and responsibilities. This document is a guide for volunteers to know what they are supposed to do and what they are responsible for. They dedicate as much time as they feel able to their roles and will ask for the support and assistance of the Committee and Club where necessary.
