The USTA Father & Son Clay Court Championship was a smashing success with Team Westbrook defeating Team Hoffman in a thrilling Sunday final. Carsten and Bjorn Hoffman played fantastic tennis all week and made Michael and Alex Westbrook work hard to become the 2016 champions. Having trouble winning your first set in early morning matches? The answer could be in your routine. In order to maximize your readiness for a match, you need to make sure that you are preparing the correct way. Here are some simple steps to make sure you are ready to go!   The first step in preparing for a match starts the night before. You want to make sure that you are eating a healthy dinner, which includes carbs and proteins and getting a good night’s rest. Give yourself around 7-8 hours
