Pakistani actress Hania Aamir has shared a shocking experience of being in the US for an event. Hania earlier shared on her Instagram story how she was allegedly assaulted and had to end her meet and greet abruptly in Dallas. On Instagram, she posted a story a day before, which has now disappeared. However, she reposted the same reply to those who supported her.
In the long post, Mere Humsafar actress Hania Aamir wrote that she and her team were allegedly assaulted by the event organisers. According to her post, the organisers in Dallas verbally abused her manager and she slammed them for the same. She wrote, "It is no secret that I love and respect my fans more than words can describe. Everyone who came to meet us at the Dallas event, I love you to bits and it's unfortunate that it had to end so abruptly."
The Pakistan actress mentioned, "Everyone saw videos of me walking to the crowd and taking pictures and everything was fine. When I was going back to my seat I heard one of the organisers verbally abuse my manager. Why walked up to her and asked what had happened and told the man (one of the organisers) that he could not speak to her like this. She was distraught that she went backstage. I followed her to make sure she was okay, and Fahad, being a gentleman, also came to check up on her."
Hania Aamir wrote, "Then we decided to start with the photos with the fans backstage, at this point he came running after us, calling us names, telling us to get out, calling off the security protocols and verbally assaulted us even more. Just because us women are in male-dominated fields, gives you no right to assume that you can get away with almost anything and that we will not take a stand for ourselves. I would like to apologise to every single one of you who came. And I dearly love every single one of you. I am sorry things had to end this way."
