Camp Ruperto Kangleon, Palo, Leyte – Users and pushers of illegal drugs in Leyte and Samar, among them a police officer and a barangay chairman, have joined thousands of others like them nationwide and surrendered to the police authorities on the day President Rodrigo Duterte assumed office in Malacañang Palace last Thursday.
