AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Four people were injured, two critically, after a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 35 at Howard Lane in northeast Austin, Austin-Travis County EMS said on social media Monday.
ATCEMS medics said they responded to the crash shortly after 8 p.m., with two adult patients who suffered "critical injuries." They were both transported to Dell Seton Medical Center. Additionally, two other patients had non life-threatening injuries and were not transported, medics said.
