On Friday (December 13), the 31-year-old hitmaker and actress took to social media to reflect on finishing filming the blockbuster musical movies.

In the video, Ariana is wearing Glinda’s signature pink ballgown and said that she felt both “horrible” and “terrible” about her final day filming with the prop. She then broke into emotional tears.
“I’m very emotional because we’re done with my bubble,” she explained.
“I need to call my therapist. I really do. This is a mess,” Ariana said before apologizing and declaring that she was not getting out of the bubble.
She also revealed that, though she thought that it was beautiful from the start, she also thought that the prop resembled a “karaoke booth.”
Ariana had more to say in the accompanying caption.
“attempting to say goodbye to my bubble after we finished filming my final scene in it (just in the bubble, not final scene in the films!) which actually happens to be one of the first that you see,” she wrote. “the attachment i felt to my wand and my bubble was comically overwhelming. (please feel free to laugh) ! many, many long, beautiful days were spent here, in the sunshine, in the freezing rain and wind.”
She continued, writing, “we sang, we laughed, we shared tearful, complicated moments and silly ones alike. these props and physical pieces of her puzzle hold so much !!!!!!!! her bubble was a home away from home. a protective shell and a quiet, safe place for all of her little secrets and truths. her wand filled a void in her heart, it gave her a sense of purpose, strength and magic, even if that magic was somewhat in her head.”
“i miss these physical pieces of her often. ♡ sorry this caption sounds like a literal eulogy,” Ariana concluded.
If you missed it, the author of Wicked answered some burning questions about the sexuality of some of the characters.
