Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw criticized the Telangana government for arresting actor Allu Arjun after a stampede at a movie theatre. Vaishnaw blamed poor management by the state and local administration for the incident and accused the Congress government of using the actor's arrest as a publicity stunt to deflect blame.
