What are we looking for? Software developers to join the NCTTA Tech Committee on a part-time basis.
What tasks will you be doing?
-Developing and enhancing the NCTTA’s proprietary software infrastructure (e.g. nctta.app, nctta.org)
-Ongoing software maintenance & development
-Fixing bugs & resolving software issues found by users
-Rolling out new features
-Collaborating with the NCTTA Tech Committee (led by Tae Kim)
-Working with the NCTTA Board of Directors
Time commitment: ~5 hours per week from Nov 2024 – May 2025
(potential to extend throughout the Summer including a formal summer internship)
Technical skills:
-Full-Stack Software development / programming languages
-E.g. backend: C#; .NET Core
-E.g. frontend: Javascript
-Software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
-SQL and database design
