A 25-year-old lactating mother, Rojamma, died at the Chitradurga district hospital on Tuesday, allegedly due to medical negligence. Rojamma, who had delivered a baby via C-section 40 days prior, was readmitted with severe pain and infection at the stitched area, accompanied by vomiting and diarrhea. The hospital is awaiting the post-mortem report to determine the exact cause of death.
