Kirsten Reilly insists every single Hibernian player "gave one hundred percent" effort during Sunday's defeat at Oriam.
The narrow loss sees the Hibees exit the Scottish Gas Scottish Cup at the Third Round stage at the hands of city rivals Hearts.
A game that noticeably lacked in exhilarating play due to both sides cancelling one another out during almost every single attack was settled by a sole Georgia Timms strike on 53 minutes.
"We can’t fault any players," a dejected Reilly told Hibs TV after the match.
"We all gave one hundred percent. We are really disappointed with the result.
It’s a cup game, so we need to focus on the league again come Wednesday.
"It’s good we’ve got a game on Wednesday, so we can bounce back and hopefully get a positive result.
The quick turnaround leaves Grant Scott and his side with little opportunity to reflect on the defeat - though Reilly is taking that as a positive.
"We will look at this game quickly. We will analyse it and see where we could have done better.
"Then we need to focus on Wednesday’s game. There is nothing we can do now we are out the cup.
"I feel like we created a lot more in the second half," Reilly added, reflecting on the game itself. "There was opportunities.
"But you get those games, where you just don’t finish [the chances] or they just don’t sit right for you."
