MAURA Higgins missed her appearance on Loose Women as Jane Moore revealed she is ‘exhausted’.
The former Love Island star was booted from the jungle during last night’s show in a double elimination.
She followed former boxer Barry McGuigan who left camp and into the arms of Ant and Dec.
But just hours after leaving, the struggle of jungle life appears to have caught up with Maura, 34.
As Jane Moore dialled into Loose Women from Brisbane as part of their 25-hour marathon, she revealed the Irish star had fallen asleep.
She told the ladies: “I was really surprised that Maura went out today and she was with me earlier.
“She was going to come on here with me but their poor lamb has fallen asleep.
“She just couldn’t stay up any longer, it’s like 10:30 here and obviously she came out of the jungle today so she’s very tired.”
Meanwhile, Maura officially confirmed her romance to Pete Wicks while speaking to Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary on This Morning.
“It didn’t take it long to ask you that question did it?!
“Do you know what, you forget about the cameras, I do like to keep things private.
“I said I miss him, I do miss him…”
She then giggled and said: “Like I miss all my friends and family.”
