A MUM has been sexually assaulted while playing with her kids in a park in broad daylight – as cops launch an urgent manhunt to find her attacker.
Cops were called at 2.20pm on Sunday, October 20 to reports of a woman who had been sexually assaulted in a park in Merton, London.
The woman was assaulted in Morden Recreation Park while she was with her family, including her two kids.
The suspect has been described as in his late teens.
Detective Constable Tom Green, from the local policing team, said: “We know this assault will cause a lot of worry in the local community, especially as this woman was playing with her children at the time.
“I would ask you to take a close look at the E-fit. Do you recognise him, or the clothing that he was wearing? It is vital that we identify him.
“If you have any concerns, please speak with officers.”
