WaggehMate of mine who is quite into his home cinema stuff reckons that unless your dropping several grand on a telly, there's very little diffrence between a Hisense or other budget brands and a mid level Samsung/LG or whatever. Same technology, you just end up paying more for the brand.
Dunno if he's talking bollix, but it might be worth looking into.
