Three men died after their car plunged into the Ramganga River from an under-construction bridge in Uttar Pradesh, India. Police blamed faulty Google Maps directions for the tragedy and filed charges against four Public Works Department engineers and a Google Maps official. The bridge, damaged by floods, lacked safety barriers and warning signs. Google is cooperating with the investigation.
