The Gamecocks hold the No. 19 spot in the US LBM Coaches Poll this week behind a solid 7-3 overall record that includes five wins in eight tries against Southeastern Conference schools. Winners of four straight, USC’s last loss came in a near upset at the Alabama Crimson Tide in Week 7.
The Terriers are just 5-6 this fall overall and 3-5 in Southern Conference play. Wofford lost their game last weekend in its Senior Day game against the Citadel but had won two in a row prior to that.
