LUKE LITTLER has paved the way for youngsters to shine in darts and they’ll be chasing success like he once did at the World Youth Championship – which also comes with a nice bit of prize money.

Littler announced himself to the world by beating Gian van Veen 6-3 in what turned out to be a thrilling final.
However, the teenage sensation did not feature despite being eligible due to other commitments meaning that fans could see a new Littler emerge on the scene.
And that also means the winning cash prize is guaranteed to go to someone else’s bank account.
This year’s World Youth Championship darts prize money has broken records as a whopping £100,000 is up for grabs.
And two Dutchmen Gian van Veen and Jurjen van der Velde will battle it out for the winning £12,000 prize.
