Jo’Quavious Marks will lead the USC Trojans (5-5) into their battle versus the UCLA Bruins (4-6) at Rose Bowl on Saturday at 10:30 p.m. ET.
The Trojans enter the matchup after winning 28-20 over the Nebraska Cornhuskers in their last outing on Nov. 16. Their last time out, the Bruins lost 31-19 to the Washington Huskies. Against the Cornhuskers, Jayden Maiava led the Trojans with 259 yards on 25-of-35 passing (71.4%) for three touchdowns and one interception. He also carried the ball five times for 20 yards and one rushing touchdown. Marks ran for 146 yards on 19 carries (7.7 yards per carry), adding six receptions for 36 yards. Duce Robinson had four receptions for 90 yards (22.5 per catch) and one touchdown against the Cornhuskers. Ethan Garbers’ showing for the Bruins against the Huskies included 27-of-44 passing for 267 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions. Tomarion Harden carried the ball 13 times for 33 yards. He caught six passes for 79 yards. Moliki Matavao registered 68 yards through the air after seven catches (on seven targets), with one touchdown.
