Three years after their last collaboration, Travis Scott and Fragment are returning to the Air Jordan 1 Low while dialing down the color heavily.
Technically speaking, this was Travis Scott’s first Jordan Brand collaboration, but it was only made for friends and family. The rapper would eventually, of course, graduate to more well-known models made for public consumption.
Travis Scott wore his second Air Jordan 4 colorway, all but assured to be a nod to Houston’s association with lean, out in public but never dropped it to the masses. The wait still continues for another AJ4 from him to drop after the popular Houston Oilers colorway from 2018.
Another unreleased sneaker limited to friends and family, this Air Jordan 4 featured a shade of brown that would later become a focal point of Scott’s many sneakers.
Only 350 pairs of this all-white sneaker were made for attendees of Michael Rubin’s annual Fourth of July “White Party.” A note came with the sneakers reading, “Don’t puke on these. Not for resale …I know who you are.”
