MILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The suspect charged in the death of a man in Saratoga County rejected a plea deal. Ronald Rayher, of Milton, is charged with manslaughter and tampering with physical evidence in the death of Thomas Krider.
Krider, who was also known as TJ Greene, was found at a Saratoga County home in April a few days after he was reported missing from Ticonderoga. Krider was a well-known Elvis tribute artist.
Investigators said Krider and Rayher knew each other.
