Garnacho had sprinted over to the corner flag in front of the home crowd and held his hand up to his ear during his celebration.
Captain Bruno Fernandes headed over to grab Garnacho and tell him to stop what he was doing.
Fernandes could be seen holding Garnacho’s head in his hands before referee Jose Sanchez also had a word with the Portuguese midfielder.
The 29-year-old then added a stunning goal of his own moments later and celebrated in the same corner.
However, he was involved in the defensive end of the pitch as well when he gave away a free-kick which the Turkish side scored from through Hakim Ziyech.
Garnacho had performed a similar act after his overhead kick goal against Everton.
Harry Maguire was the player to pull him away on that occasion, though not before Scott McTominay had encouraged the antics.
